Keyword Suggestions
The municipality uses adaptive keyword suggestions to enhance the user experience in the internal search function and guides visitors correctly by suggesting keywords when the visitor starts typing in the search field. The AI model knows which page the visitor is on when the search is made and suggests search results from that part of the website, making the search results more relevant. E-services hosted by OpenE have been indexed and added to the keyword suggestions.
